Whales have spent $3.13 million worth of USDT to buy 420 billion Pepe during the dip in the first week of August.
Surprisingly, the 420 billion Pepe was accumulated by a single whale with the ENS “cookislandstrust.eth”.
The whale also spent $7.05 million to buy 2958 ETH. As of today, it is profiting from 5.4% on its Pepe and 7.5% on its ETH purchase.
Memecoins have consistently been the top-performing sector in 2024 and have hence become whales' favourite investments.
Other than Pepe, Bonk, dogwifhat, Floki Inu and Brett also have been top performers this week.
