Lately, Ethereum has seen a rise in staked ETH which shows that more people are confident in it. Staking is the process of locking ETH away to help secure the chain in return for rewards.
Data shows that currently, a little below one-third or 28.9% of all Ethereum is staked across different validator nodes.
Etheruem has lately been struggling with its price touching a low of $2100 in the previous quarter. At press time ETH has managed to reach $2432, which is still much lower than its pre-ETF level of $3600.
Profit booking by whales and the dismal performance of ETFs have contributed to Ethereum's low price.
Ethereum might see its prices suppressed as long as ETFs don’t turn net gainers in terms of inflows.
