Two days ago, the US SEC asked exchanges to re-submit their amended Form 19b-4 applications.
The regulator was keen on exchanges to drop the staking component in their ETF applications.
The deadline for the first ETF approval is today on 23rd of May, 2024.
Several analysts hold high expectations that an Ethereum ETF will likely get approved today.
If approved, the news could take Ethereum above $5k soon.
