Roger Ver, former CEO of Bitcoin.com has been arrested in Spain
Charges against him allege that he committed $48 million of tax fraud
Additional charges include mail fraud and filing false tax returns
He had earlier renounced his US Citizenship and became a citizen of St. Kittis and Nevis.
Ver had earlier defended Charlie Shrem, former CEO, BitInstant but the latter was eventually sentenced for 2 years.
His indictment came on the same day when Changpeng Zhao was sentenced.
