The SEC has finally dropped its appeal of the XRP case after a closed-door meeting between the regulator and Ripple Labs.
Active applications include those from Grayscale, WisdomTree, Canary, Coinshares, 21 Shares, Bitwise, Franklin Templeton, Pro Shares, and Volatility Shares.
The SEC has also proposed to switch the US Government’s reliance on SWIFT to the XRPL ledger, potentially saving $7.5 billion annually.
With dual bullish factors working in XRP’s favor, it may cross $7 within a week of ETF approval.
