After spending 2022 and most of 2023 under the $0.3 resistance, Cardano's bulls seemingly woke up, pushing the cryptocurrency into "best-performer" status.

Cardano, according to TradingView, has been showing signs of a bullish rally since mid-October. And from 19 October until now, Cardano has shown a 170% price increase.

Cardano's bears are putting up a fight at the $0.655 resistance, but with the way things are going, we may see Cardano hit $1 sooner than anyone expects.

2. Satoshi (SATS)

Bitcoin-based memecoin, Satoshi (or SATS) was listed on Binance early this week, around 11 December.

Right around the time it was listed, this cryptocurrency rallied by more than 140% in mere hours.

Because of this relatively strong price movement, the speculation around SATS grew, with LookOnChain even commenting that the top 20 Satoshi holders currently control 333.3 trillion tokens, valued at $150.8 million.

Interestingly, this makes up 15.9% of the entire amount available, with six of these top holders earning a total of around 78.57 million SATS ($35.5 million) by minting alone.

SATS still has a few questions to answer about decentralization and its tokenomics, but it has been one of the best-performing cryptocurrencies this week, with a current price of $0.000891.

3. BONK

BONK is the most popular Solana-based memecoin on the market and by far the most bullish.

CoinMarketCap data shows that this week, BONK has registered about 90% at the time of writing alone. This week, the gains shot up to a whopping 134%, and over the last month, BONK is up by an insane 940%.

Avalanche, ranked the 9th largest cryptocurrency by market cap at the time of writing, used to be ranked 11th by this time last week.
