- Lisa McClory– Lawyer specialising in advanced data-driven technologies, including AI and blockchain. She is Ceo and Founder at Fractal Legal , and is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales with 17+ years experience. Lisa is a Consultant Solicitor at Nexa Law, advising businesses of all types and size on the commercial, corporate and regulatory aspects of emerging technology.Lisa is an Open Data Institute Certified Data Ethics Professional and an Honorary Reader in the School of Law at Queen Mary University of London. - Ms. Gehring has spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs, both in London and the US. She subsequently joined the London Stock Exchange to lead the IPO franchise for Western Europe and the Nordics. For the past two years, she has led the transformation and development at the largest European Nvidia AI GPU cloud business culminating in a $1 billion USD initiative.

- Alan Boyd is a digital pioneer with over 40 years of experience in next-generation technology development, acquisition, and investment. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Mynt Exchange, the first fully-regulated, blockchain-based, tokenised share, Stock Exchange in London.
He is also the Founder and CEO of daul.ai, a company that is creating Digital AUtonomous Lifeforms (DAULs), artificial intelligent virtual assistants that are “Born on the Blockchain and Live in the Metaverse”. DAULs are cloud-based AI programs that have their own avatars and help users work and play in the metaverse.
Alan has a strong technical background in AI, media, and entertainment, and a proven track record of designing, building, marketing, licensing, acquiring, and investing in some of the world’s best-known software products. He is passionate about fostering and supporting modern 21st century development that tackles BIG issues such as climate science, smart cities, transportation, and the industrial revolution.
- Michela Silvestri – Digital Asset Advocate. Michela has played a vital role in the process of establishing digital assets as a permanent fixture of the world’s leading financial institutions’ portfolios and operations, connecting them to the digital asset economy. Day to day, she plays a pivotal role in guiding traditional asset management firms through their transition to digital assets. - Marc FAUBEAU. Marc has amassed over a decade of experience in traditional finance, during which he has witnessed first hand the inefficiencies plaguing our current financial system. His career trajectory began in the Back Office at CACEIS Custodian Bank, progressed through handling derivatives and structured products in the private bank Middle Office at Societe Generale, and eventually led to a Front Office role as a Sales Trader in Fixed Income at Daiwa Capital Markets. Marc then ventured into the innovative sphere of electronic and algorithmic trading with MarketAxess, a leading S&P 500 FinTech company, which has revolutionized the Fixed Income trading industry.Driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a desire for new challenges, Marc later established his own company focusing on AI and Tokenization. Despite its initial success, the venture was compelled to shut down due to the collapse of prominent institutions and a resulting investor liquidity crisis in 2022/23. Leveraging his entrepreneurial experience and profound market insight, Marc has now taken on the role of Business Development Director at Jacobi Asset Management. This firm has distinguished itself by issuing the first and only Bitcoin Spot ETF regulated in Europe, a significant milestone in a market eagerly seeking education on the legal and risk aspects of ETPs, as well as their underlying cryptocurrency assets.
