A top crypto strategist, Michaël van de Poppe, has predicted rallies for Ethereum (ETH), Fantom (FTM), and two additional altcoins.
In a recent tweet, the analyst said that he expects all four coins to experience significant price growth shortly. Let’s take a closer look at his predictions and what they could mean for investors.
Michaël van de Poppe is a well-respected voice in the crypto community, and his predictions should not be taken lightly. In his tweet, the analyst said Ethereum’s (ETH) price keeps rising despite ETH’s funding drying up. He believes that this is because people are willing to short ETH.
He shared a chart tracking the funding rate for ETH through 2022. The most recent data shows that ETH funding is still deeply underwater, with little hope of recovery soon enough.
Van de Poppe adds that he expects ETH to test the $2,000 mark again. Ethereum is up 1.84% at the time of writing and trading for $1,554
Crypto Analyst Prediction for Fantom
Fantom (FTM) is another coin the analyst believes will maintain a recovery momentum. He says that FTM needs to break and flip $0.29 and then move on to $0.35. Fantom is up 4% at the time of writing and trading at $0.27.
Other Altcoins
The analyst also closely monitors the peer-to-peer video distribution platform Theta Network (THETA). He believes that the coin has been ranging below the $2 mark.
The analyst sets two resistance levels, starting at $1.20 and then moving to a higher price of $1.60. The token has increased by 4% and is currently trading at $1.19.
The crypto trader is confident that Skale (SKL) will soon break out and cause a rally. He’s just waiting for the right spark to kick it off.
Skale’s current market price is $0.042, up 2.68% from yesterday.
